How we do QC on Chargers

QC ( quality check ) is a very important process to make sure the goods are in good condition before shipping out. Let’s take Z5 as an example to show how we do the quality checking on wireless chargers before shipping to our customers.

1, Appearance: One surface cannot exceed 3 black dots, 1 black dot ≤ 0.2 square mm, no scratches or watermarks;

2, Test: power input 9V-2/3, 12V1.5A-2A,

3, Vibration test: 2PC vibration (acceleration 2G), scanning frequency at 10-100HZ

4, Power-on prompt: green and blue lights flashing alternatively, the green light is always on after the blue and green lights flash in turn;

5, Standby prompt: the green light is always on;

6, Charging prompt: blue breathing light (the light should be blue, not green, and the blue light breaths, or it is not normal)

7, Make sure the watch charging area is in the right position and no screw marks.

8, The phone charge, watch charge, earbuds charge all should be well performed by Apple devices.

9, Make sure the foodpads are in right position, no missing, no out of position, etc.

10, Aging aging for 2 hours to check if there is a charging failure or no charging problem.

11, Box packaging: put into the frosted bags, equipped with data cable (1m), manual, outer packaging box needs to be plastic sealed;

12, Carton Packaging: 48PCS per carton by weighing ( very acurate).
